After a ton of research both in stores and online, I'm so happy to have found this set. When I opened the box, it's as if the colors were made for how my (amateur) practice is unfolding right now. It's a great value for the set you get. While not every single oil pastel has the creamy texture you'd hope for, I am not opposed to working with the magic of what I have. The softer ones can be a bit delicate, so I am careful with how I pick them up.I think if every color was able to have the same consistency in texture, this set would be truly amazing. I'm giving it 5 stars anyway because I plan to get another set so I can really feel free to use as much color and layering as possible in my exploration. Some of the colors are very rich, so a little goes a long way!

As a professional artist I must say I’m pleasantly surprised at how creamy and beautiful these pastels are. I’ve tried pretty much everything else on the market but these Aliferous oil pastels really stand out, the quality is amazing especially at such a cheap price. Some brands try to make their pastels overly creamy but they end up waxy and greasy, but not these. They blend seamlessly and layers beautifully on top of each other, will definitely be buying more. Totally recommend!

Experimented with my new Aliferous Art oil pastels on pastel paper today. This medium is so enjoyable to use. These particular pastels are very creamy and blend so well. So many wonderful and unique color choices too ðŸ˜. So happy with this purchase.

They are SO soft and beautiful, really creamy, and good for layering. Definitely the best oil pastels on the market for this price point. Professional grade and gorgeous packaging. Highly recommend!

Bright colors, not chalky, but rather like a soft solid oil paint stick (I’m not much of an artist so pardon the poor analogy). These are exactly what I’d hoped. They do wear down quickly though.
