Used for Ring Indoor Outdoor Stick Up Cam bought at Costco. Camera is on indoor window sill over entry door into house facing outward through a glass window . It works! I no longer need to climb to change battery daily. I am recording constant detection motion so was using up a lot of the battery. Leave the battery in the camera. Plug one end into camera into exterior jack of camera in back. Plug the other end of the cable into USB plug provided into outlet and it’s done. Look at the video provided in sales specs. It’s self explanatory. I bought the 28 foot length and hid the excess behind curtains and plugged into 2nd floor hallway outlet.

I am pleasantly surprised to see this off brand working fine at a fraction of the price you'd pay for an authentic Ring product. It's been a few months snd no complaints so far.

- Pros: 1. Cord length is very sufficient to reach cameras and are off sufficient strength to pull. 2. Compact Size. 3. Separate Power Packs from USB cord so if the power pack dies or the cord is damaged either one can be changed.- Cons: It says that the ends are water tight, they are not they are hard plastic so if you're using them outside you may want to put some Dielectric Grease or Silicon on the connector outer sides/edges. The power pack portion that the USB part plugs into power supply is not weather proof so seal it or plug it inside and run the cord outside. - I've had them installed for over a month now and are working great in rain, snow and freezing weather.

I bought this in hope that it would keep my batteries charged and sure enough I plugged them in and it done its job very happy.

Although its charges it says that its connection is to solar panel, not a issue, and apparently not 100%waterproof plug ( I just put a dollop of silicone over it) well worth the money
