This is the second rinser I've owned. Both were around the same price but this one replaced the first one as it become difficult to keep clean due to a design flaw. This one is also larger than the first one and has better rising power. It's an overall better design.Pros:- Good size accommodates wider variety of glassware- Spring valve action is responsive and strong- Good quality materials and steel hose- Easy to installCons:- It would be nice if the spray head and lever were metal instead of plastic

If you already have a water splitter valve installed, and an existing hand pump or hose wand sprayer hole in your sink or counter top, then installing this thing is a breeze. Since I had already planned on putting one of these glass rinsers in my wet/juice bar, I had those preparations completed before installing it. Anyhow, once installed, this little device washes the inside of your glassware incredibly thoroughly and quickly. Although in our case, this is all we require, as we only use it for pre-rinsing already cleaned and hung glasses hanging in our wet bar area, before filling them with beverages for us or our guests. Or alternatively, we or our guests can quickly rinse out their glass between dissimilar drinks, without having to hand wash their glass, or merely grab another clean one from the shelf/hangars. Anyhow, once you gently press down on the rubber-lined actuator, the powerful jet of water just consumes the inside of the glass, effectively cleaning it out within moments. It's fun to watch, quite honestly. Anyhow, since the water jets out from the center of the water ejection area and somehow spirals itself around violently inside of the glass, it really doesn't matter what size of glassware you place over it, from a margarita glass, to a wine glass, to an elegant, narrow-body cocktail glass; it just doesn't matter. The spillway pours the dirty water right down into the sink, just as you'd hope/expect. On this point though, I noticed that in our install, the distance from the center of this rinser (underneath of it, as it passes down into your sink or counter) should be a matter of consideration for you, before buying. I say that because if your existing hole (on a pre-fabbed sink, probably not a concern) in a custom sink or custom counter installation, you could run into a problem with the spillway not reaching far enough outward from center, to actually pour into your sink. Just make sure that you are aware of this distance, to avoid an unnecessary return, or, additional (and unexpected) modification to your sink or counter top. Oh, and it's great looking as well - the casting of each part of this assembly, from top to bottom, is done with great attention to production detail and ours, was without visual defect. The brushed gold finish appears to be quite durable too. Anyhow, in our case, I couldn't be happier with this glass rinser and therefore, gladly recommend it to others.

Got this glass rinser to hook up to my kitchen sink. Easy to install, and works fantastically. Great for those that make milk drinks on an espresso machine or a lot of smoothies.Cleans cups super well and looks super pro!Seems like a quality piece that will last awhile in the kitchen.

I had seen these glass rinsers on social media and was really excited to try this! My dishwasher is not always effective in cleaning glasses and residue from the bottom, but this is no longer an issue as the water pressure from this is impressive! Simply push a glass or mug down onto it and a gush of water comes out. The water pressure is so powerful that I would not recommend using this on thinner glass or wineglasses. It was very simple for my husband to install as we already had an opening in the countertop for a dish soap pump. I never used the pump as I prefer counter top bottles, so it is nice to have this glass rinser that I actually use and is attractive on my countertop. The only negative for me is that it is difficult to clean, and because it lays flat, the rinser collects water. Aside from these minor issues, I am very pleased with the performance of my new favorite kitchen accessory that adds a high end look to my home.

I read the info wrong and I am not able to utilize this amazing device. You have to make a hole in the counter for it to sit on and work correctly. Don't get me wrong you are not making a hole for it to not work. It will work...I just am not able to just make a hole in my counter :(

I need to be honest with you. I wanted a glass riser to fill the soap dispenser plug in my sink because they look cool. When this thing showed up at my door, I was kind of intimidated to try to install it. The instructions are the same as the alternate images on the listing. I started to doubt myself. I've done some plumbing before. I've installed faucets and showerheads and repaired a couple toilets. My worries were unmerited. This installs easily and works very well. It looks classy and thoroughly cleans out glasses.Very cool litem. Worth the acid reflux of thinking I couldn't do it. If you have rudimentary plumbing knowledge, you'll be just fine.
