Is a little difficult to squeeze open but once opened and used to hold privacy sheet up on car doors, it worked great. Think it will loosen up a bit once used more.

These are sturdy and work great keeping my pool cover on in high wind. Only issue are the orange tips. They fall right off.

This clamp requires a grip span (index finger to thumb) of over 7 3/4 inches in order to compress the handles. In addition the orange grippers fall off and spring off with first use making the clamp completely ineffective to hold onto work materials. Useless for me. I do not recommend this spring clamp.

You'll need big hands to open one, but get it in place and it's not moving.Great general use clamp, not for delicate items.

Purchased these to keep our pool cover on. So they do work great as far as clamp grip around our above ground pool. However the orange cover on the clamp to protect the fabric snaps off very easily and ripped our heavy plastic cover. They do work great for tarps.

I use them to clamp a winter cover on my above ground pool. Strong little clamps. No issues even with a wind gust of 70km/h.
