Bought a pair because a friend praises these. They are quite handy with strong springs. Works great for holding edge banding among other things.Wouldn't buy them again myself at the price (~17 + shipping), but won't say no as a gift.---Mine came used, covered in oily smudges. Zip ties were cut, small nip in one of the rubberbands. Not worth the time to return.

These are VERY nice and VERY handy clamps. They are also a genuinely better design that makes them more effective in many situations. My wife is currently using the four I purchased to hold quilt fabric on a layout board for pinning, and I'll be luck if I ever get these puppies back. The plastic construction is quality plastic with no sharp edges anywhere, which makes them very friendly to use, too.

These clamps feel like they are well built. Have a good spring action to them. However, I haven't used them yet. Only small concern was that the ends were really stuck together and I have to really squeeze to open them up.

They work as intended however one of the rubberbands broke after using them a few times. I couldnt see on the website where you could order replacements. For the cost of them i am hoping I can find the bands.
