This unit is easy to assemble. Just be aware that the cabinet and insert come in two separate boxes. Heats up bedroom well; looks pretty and is a good quality. It is quiet and adds lovely ambience to the room. Had a few scratches on the cabinet but not where it's noticeable.

We love this! Its so pretty and heats very well. Used it all winter and stayed very comfortable. The shelves on the sides are great for my knick knacks. The assembly took a little while but the outcome was worth is.

This was much better quality than I expected! It is nice and sturdy and heavier than I thought it would be. The flame is nice and bright and really pretty. It is the perfect addition to my office. It functions well as a nice source of heat for my sometimes chilly office. I wish it was remote control and had a thermostat, but for the money it is pretty sweet.

After receiving the fireplace/TV stand, I had a few questions about assembling it. Their customer service dept did not disappoint and received a prompt response. Assembling it was easy! It’s an attractive fireplace/TV stand and heats up well. I’m quite happy with my purchase and recommend it!

After looking at many of these faux fireplaces, we went with this due to the positive reviews. Unfortunately, we failed to realize this unit has zero functions other than on/off for the heater and flame effect. No remote, no timer, and no thermostat like most other units. We bought this for our bedroom and can’t use it at night. It will just keep blasting hot air until it eventually overheats and shuts it self off. Very disappointed.Of course, because the unit arrives in two boxes that arrive at separate times we had already fully assembled the cabinet by the time the fireplace insert arrived so we have no choice but to keep it. Maybe we can find an another insert that actually has some features and just reuse the cabinet. That’s the best case scenario we can now hope for. Such a shame.
