I only buy OOK nails since I learned of them over 30 years ago in my first apartment. They leave a small dot in the wall and they go in easily and come out easily without any damage. They are super strong and I've never had one fail me by dropping a frame. I have bent one or two by pounding them awkwardly with my hammer, but that was due to my lack of experience in my 20's. I've never had trouble since I got smarter about hammering. THANK YOU

Love this style of nail and they are getting hard to find in retail hardware stores. They hold a good deal of weight and I use them for hanging pictures without using pictures hanging brackets because these do not leave noticeable holes in the walls.

This is great. It fools in smoothly with out much damage to the wall. I plan to put painter's take on the wall before I use it, so Iif it overfeeds to be moved, it will make very little mess.

Different sized OOK hooks have slightly different sized nails. Amazon needs to specify which hooks these nails fit to avoid unhappy customers.All I can tell people is that these nails DO fit the padded 50 pound OOK hangers. They are identical to the matching nails. Those are the ones I use most and the only hangers I have loose at the moment. I do not know if they fit the regular 50 pound hangers but they might. IMO the padded ones are better if you want to protect your wall paint. They appear as a choice under "frequently bought together".If you got these nails and they don't fit your hangers you may want to upgrade to the 50 pound padded OOK hangers.I ordered the two pack of nails. I'm assuming the one pack are the same size but until Amazon fixes the ambiguous description who knows.

Ook puts out a wonderful line of picture hanging products which i have been using for over a decade. they are great. they pull out of the wall easily without leaving big holes i recommend ook nails to so many people especially due to the fact that they do not damage your walls and they hold the weight of the pictures --just get the right hooks for the weight of your item GREAT product

My go to for picture hanging. Attractive nails give you the sense you’re setting up a gallery, not just a living room. Install and remove easily, and are sturdy.

Have used these nails and the companion OOK hangers/hooks through many moves. They pull out of the wall cleanly and leave a minimal hole. I usually use them with a hanger, but because they have the knob on the end, they can be used alone. In all the moves, I have lost a lot of the nails, so bought these to use with my existing hangers/hook. Only problem is that these are so much thicker than the original ones, that they don't fit through the holes of most of the hangers I already have (even the cheaper nonOOK ones). Alone, they are 5 stars, but gave 4 because they are limited in usage.
