Dosing Guidelines
Match your tire size and discipline to the recommended amount for your application. All amounts are measured in ounces (oz).
- 650b/700C Road: 1-2 oz
- 650b/700c Gravel: 2 oz
- MTN 26": 3 oz
- MTN 27.5: 3 oz
- MTN 29": 4 oz

I’ve tried a number of tire sealants, and I find Orange Seal to be the most reliable. It works on holes and leaks, it’s easy to refresh by adding it through the valve stem, and it’s reasonably priced. It’s a solid bet for a sealant.

I made my rounds with various tire sealants, and have come back to Orange Seal. In my real life testing, this stuff just seems to work the best. I did the Leadville race a couple years ago with another brand, and had to add extra sealant to keep my tire from leaking from a training ride. I don't know, I just get better results from this stuff. One time I tried the Endurance and just had terrible results, so make sure you use the regular performance stuff. Maybe only use the Endurance stuff to top off your sealant.

This is a very foamy sealant that I could not inject with a syringe. Save the cap tube injector! Very effective at sealing new tires; especially seeping sidewalls. However, the foam sealant sets up quickly and I don't think its as effective at finding punctures FAST. Kinda messy but very very good at what it does. So ... I really like this sealant but will probably switch to the Orange endurance formula, which I think is a more fluid sealant and easier to work with.I also want to add that I use this sealant on road and gravel bikes only. For mtb bikes, I kinda prefer another brand sealant. This other brand sealant was designed for low pressure tires that need to seal punctures quickly ... mtb riding. On the road ... circumstances are different and I love Orange.

So far has worked well. Seals small punctures. Seals rim to bead interface well and reduces air loss. Good value.

Haven't had to use the sealant yet but it fits well in my bike repair kit. Having the ability to top off sealant on longer rides is really nice.

My new bike came tubeless ready and after riding with tubes for many years I finally switched over this season only because of the recommendation of this stuff from a fellow rider. Happy to report I have had ZERO issues with flats, leaks, burps, etc all season. I just top off every 1-1/2 months and keep riding.

Ive heard great stuff about this and i live in AZ and put a lot of road millage on my bike i have a slow leak in one of the tires so i used this stuff that came highly recommended. Im sure it will be great - i dont believe i got a full couple of ounces in the first application but that whole application part was way complicated. the adaptor for insertion didnt fit in or over the valve stem after we took out the internal part. so we had to cut it and one person hold it over the valve while the other squeezed an unknown amount in to the tire. I dont believe i put enough in. will try again. I have high hopes it will solve my slow leak issue.

I been using it, for over 10 years I used them all for over 20 years. After I started using it, I really don’t even think about flats. I usually don’t carry any flat repair stuff, (not recommended) but I’m that confident about the orange.

Ordered on 26th Feb 2025, Delivered on 27 Feb. Very fast delivery.The bottled delivered from stock was made May 2024.When I asked last year, via Amazon, the manufacturer said the bottle of Regular sealant " ... should last several years unopened." For comparison, my order at beginning of Apr 2023 was manufactured in Nov 2022.So I am a happy bunny!

Selon les conditions de stockage du vélo, ce produit devrait etre renouveler tous les 45 à 60 j (!!!)De mon côté m, j'ai contrôlé la qualité du produit au bout de 4 mois et il n'avais pas changé d'aspect ou ne s'était "évaporé". C'est donc plutôt une bonne surprise.Quant à son efficacité je ne peux pas en parlé car jusqu'ici je n'ai pas crevé donc pu voir si le preventif fonctionne bien ou moins bien.
