Excellent quality and works well! Be careful, it’s super sharp. It is a nice size too, longer than the one I’m replacing, which was from pampered chef. I would have to say I like this one better than pampered chef, and it’s less than half the price!

I don't know why I was zesting without this for so long. This is a game changer and not just for zest, also for other things you want to shred oh so finely. The only downside (which is also an upside, I guess) is that it's very sharp. It's quite effective but I did cut myself once. Cleaning is easy if you do it right away with hot water, but if you let it sit, it's a bit of a pain b/c you can't scrub this or you'll shred the sponge.

I've used these for zesting citrus fruit and for grating hard cheeses. It seems well made and a good quality, and it's easy to hold and use.I will say, if you're going to get this, BE CAREFUL. It is incredibly sharp (bonus for grating cheese and zesting citrus fruit - not fantastic if you accidentally graze your fingers). I can't stress enough how sharp this is, and how easy it is to accidentally zest a knuckle or grate the pad of a finger.It's easy to clean, and easy to use.I've never had a specific zester/grater before...just box graters that also sort of do the job. I'd never really seen the point in having a separate tool for this, however now I'm sold. It's definitely worth it for easy of use and cleaning, and quality of the product.

My Microplane zester broke after a number of years and I took a chance on this one. A little more difficult to use, that is, to get the lemon or whatever at the right angle. But otherwise, it works as expected.

I got this for my partner who hates chopping our garlic, and after the first use I’m honestly looking for more excuses to use it. It’s incredibly sharp and makes light work of garlic, ginger, nuts, etc. would recommend.

Mientras se sigan las instrucciones de uso, el producto se mantiene como nuevo (he leido gente que le llega a presentar oxido pero me imagino que no lo secan despues de lavarlo).Corta muy bien, principalmente le doy el uso de quesos duros pero tambien funciona para citricos y cuestiones de resposteria.Tener precausión al cortar (si lo usan niños), es bastante filoso y puede ocasionar algun accidente sino se maneja adecuadamente
