Purchased the green, and it’s a very pretty deep, dark shade of green. Use it primarily for serving rather than cutting, but the serrated edges would make cutting a breeze. Well made and should last a long time. Will probably always hand wash it. Great product at a good price.

It is a really nice instrument; I would just like the handle to be a little longer. But the cutting edge on both sides is WONDERFUL!
