I will be buying another one of these. Well made. The edge has a taper to it, so you don't need to cut with your knife 1st. The edge is not sharp enough that you will cut yourself (like a knife) but tapered enough to cut thru lasagna and other types of casseroles

I would rather spend more money to get something that lasts a long time, looks good, and serves its purpose well. I care about function and aesthetics. I’m that guy that spends time researching to find “the bestâ€, even if it’s a lasagna server. I mean, I’m worse than my dad.This little bugger has a comfortable handle and is sturdy. Cleans well in the dishwasher without getting water stuck in the handle (ah hem, KitchenAid). Perfect size.

This spatula works well, but is extremely rigid. This type of item should have just a bit of flex to it, to be just right. Due to the rigid nature of the spatula overall, it can put more stress on the weak point at the base of the handle. I managed to bend the spatula slightly at the base of the handle after using it only a few times.
