Needed an extra chain so when I am out cutting trees, and my current chain gets dull I'll just switch out and sharpen the other one later. It is the same brand and has held up great and is still sharp, and longer then other cheaper brands.

I only use Oregon chains because they seem to perform better than other chains. I use these on my timberwolf 20" chainsaw. I bought two chains for the same price retail stores had one for.

In my opinion Oregon Chainsaw blades are the best in the industry and certainly better than genuine Stihl or Husqvarna blades. They are very durable, keep their edge and yet are easy to sharpen and adjust. Like any new chain this one stretches a bit in the first few hours of use but overall it is an excellent performing chain. I run Oregon chains on my Husqvarna 460 Rancher (24in) and my Poulan Pro PR5020 (this D70 chain fit the Poulan) and couldn't be more pleased with the performance. The Poulan is my cheap saw for dirty work like near tree roots or where damage may occur but these Oregon chains still provide 3-5 hours of hard work between sharpens and last a long time despite needing regularly sharpened. I wouldn't use any other chain and would recommend these.

I purchased this to replace the "low kick back" chain that came on my Poulan Pro PP5020AV. The stock Poulan wasn't terrible but having used a semi-chisel chain on my 16" Stihl it's hard not to want one on all your saws. As usual it's nice cutting with a brand new chain but to say this thing eats through logs is an understatement. I went through a couple of 20" Alder's in about 1/3 of the time so moved on to a 28"ish Maple I had to do still and this chain made going through that in two passes a breeze. Would recommend this chain for sure.
