Works on a variety of toyota rear axles. I used it on a 2019 Tacoma. I had to cut a small notch in it so the brake cable hold down would clear. Other than that it is a great tool!

This bearing tool made replacing the rear bearing on my son's Tacoma an easy job. Risk of damage to the parts or hurting yourself is minimized. This unit is shorter than a lot of others I had looked at. I don't think the length really matters much, but I do wonder what the extra extension tube of the others actually did. You will need a shop press to properly use this tool. We have a manual 20 ton press and it worked just fine. If you do your own work on your truck then this tool will absolutely pay for itself the first time you use it.

The Toyota rear tone rings/axles are kind of a pain to deal with, and this makes it soo much easier to get the job done. I think this is a great solution and it works well.

I received this as a vine promotion. I needed to pull a rear axle bearing on my 98 4runner so figured this would be a good option to try out before purchasing a more costly option. Due to life events I have not had the chance to use this product yet, and likely will not for another 6 months, so this review is only based on visual inspection of the product.This product is a copy of an American made version that was designed an manufactured by a seller on another e-commerce site for a number of years. His product is quite well regarded, and if I expected to use this on more than one or two occasions, his product is absolutely the route I would go.Looking over this puller all cuts and holes are clean. All pieces are assembled and welded well. All welds look quite good. The powder coat finish is mostly clean, but did have some imperfections in one corner. The hardware I received with my puller is high quality, and was all in good shape. As I have not used it, I cant comment on the quality of the steel used in its construction. As this product is made in China, the last point is the biggest concern for me having not had a chance to use it.I will update this review when I get the chance to put this puller through it's paces this coming spring.

Removing a brake rotor or wheel bearing can be nearly impossible for one that is old and rusted. Anyone that's spend 20 minutes pounding on stuck rotor with a hammer, knows what I'm talking about. With this removal tool, all you need is one bolt to hold on to the rotor, and you can hit the end of the tool and the rotor or bearing literally falls off with one hit because of the leverage. This will work on just about any model car rotor or bearing as long as you can get at lest one bolt set. As I have always told, my son, make the tool do the work for you. The ability to remove a frozen rotor with one single hammer hit is well worth the price of this tool.
