For example: Set the light to turn on at 6 PM with a 4-hour countdown, then activate the 24-hour cycle mode. The lights will automatically turn on at 6 PM and turn off at 10 PM every day. If you don’t want this to repeat daily, simply turn off the 24-hour cycle mode.

Works great -- wide dimming range, easy to use remote, and the countdown timer is particularly useful. We turn it on and set it to go off after 2 or 4 hours. My only complaint is that there is supposed to be a 24-hour function where you can have it repeatedly turn on and off at the same time every day, but they don't explain how that works!

Really like the dimmer. One thing I've noticed so far is that it doesn't automatically go on each day. But when turned on, you can set for 4,6, or 8 hours and will go off automatically. So far, no real issues.

This is a great timer/ dimmer. I used it on an outside covered porch for some string lights. Set it to come on at the same time each day and then keep the lights on for 4hrs. You can chose different timings. Can also dim the lights between 25, 50, 75 and 100%. Best feature is the remote so you can change settings from your seat.

Nothing to dislike here. Great hangers and heavy wire for screwing the lights on my deck/porch overhang which means no sagging. The remote control is fantastic and works well inside the house about 20 feet away from the outdoor unit that plugs in. The timer works and the dimmer goes down to a nice relaxing non glaring level. At 100% they are very bright and you could definitely read a book out there after dark. At the lowest setting I feel comfortable leaving them on all night as a porch light without a high electric bill. I found replacement bulbs at Home Depot so no worries there even though the give you two extra bulbs. A couple times the lights flashed on and off rapidly but they settled down after a few seconds which is common with LED bulbs on a dimmer in my experience.

UpdateThe seller was great in working with me on my issue. Great communication. There was an issue with the unit that couldn't be fixed, so after communicating and sending videos of the problem, the seller sent me a new unit which works brilliantly! I couldn't be happier.At this point if I could rate this product 0 stars I would. I should have tried it when I first received it, but I didn't need it immediately. I bought this dimmer for my screened porch lights. I just had a chance to use it for the first time recently. When I set the timer and/or the dimmer it comes on and only stays on a few minutes and then turns off. I've tried on several occasions to get it to work to no avail. The remote doesn't work at all. I have reached out to the seller for help and will update my review after I hear from them.

Bought this dimmer for the lights around our Gazbo and it works great. There are different light setting and the remonte can even be used when you are indoors. No need to go outside to shut the lights.

Product came on the promised delivery day. Work as expected without any hitch in connecting to the remote. Have debated between getting a smart plug or a wireless remote control plug. The requirements of having a 2.4 ghz router sway my decision towards the plug that doesn’t depends on the wifi. I believe that it was the right choice.

Just tested it with my 100 feet 50 LEDs backyard lights. It works great. It has an individual button for four settings, 25% 50% 75%, and 100%. It also has "+ and -" buttons for small increments and a timer to shut off the lights. Not too expensive but not cheap. I got a 10% discount. I'm not too sure about leaving this outdoors, since it doesn't seem to be waterproofed. I do recommend this product.

Was directed to this by supplier after trying previous dimmer which did not have auto on and off. This model dims and auto on/off. Works well. Thank you supplier.
