Our Story
One day, the 3-year-old daughter told me:
‘Dad, stars in room and garden’.
‘stars at home?’, I was curious. ‘stars tinkle in the sky?’,
‘No, at home’, ‘the lights blink like stars in the garden’,
my 6-year-old son explained what his sister said.
I came to the garden, string lights in the garden weak and flash,
I was frustrated to found that, when dim the lights to higher bright,
no flicker but too bright, when dim down to low bright, flicker.
I thought I should do something, thus I found LEDIMWO,
focus on no flicker led lights and dimmer.
You can adjust brightness of your dimmable lights with Alexa or Google Assistant voice assistants, free your hands and make trivial things easier.
The smart dimmer plug can be controlled far away from the house by Smart Life App via Internet. (Ensure your device is connected to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.)
A schedule can be set on APP to turn the lights on/off automatically at specified time. If several lights applied, they can also be dimmed together in one command by configuring them into a group.
If you want to turn off the light after the specified time, please set a countdown timer, when the countdown time is up, the dimmer plug will automatically turn off.
This smart dimmer provides a super strong WiFi signal, so you can easily control your outdoor string lights indoors.

Great performing dimmer for LED Christmas lights. String lights did not flicker on even the lowest brightness setting. LED lights can be painfully bright, having a reliable dimmer option optimizes their performance.

It does dim brightness but control through the unit itself is difficult. They said could download an app but no thanks, don’t want to give control of anything in house through my router to an unknown foreign country.

I got this product from a friend as a gift and when I tried it out I was actually stunned by the control I had. I ended up buying another one (this one) because of how nice it was. I only recently setup my Alexa system so I was pretty new to it. Being able to change the dim and brightness of the lights was amazing because of how easy it was. The only downside I might have with it is the delay between the dimming when you make a change on the app. This is especially apparent when you are trying to fine-tune to dimness/brightness. But that is probably more a problem with my patience than with the product itself. Again, overall great product and it makes for a really nice gift as they don't NEED to have alexa or google to use it as long as they have the app.

I tried using the smart dimmer with a 50 W LED light that I have. There is an on/off switch that also dims when it is held down. The light dimmed rapidly, and I couldn't get the light to brighten. I ended up dimming the light to nothing, but I couldn't brighten the light, so I would have to turn the switch off and start again. I could never dim the light partially, so the dimmer switch was useless.I looked at the directions for setting up the smart switch. You had to first download an app which cost $69.99 for a permanent purchase or they had monthly and semi-annual rates. The smart switch would not work directly with Alexa.I was disappointed with the switch. I am returning it.

My wife and I got this to connect our dimmable outdoor lights. We needed something that could control wirelessly and be used outdoors. This fit the bill.We followed the instructions and were able to connect to the wifi. However, this works with 2.6ghz wifi. It will not connect to 5ghz wifi. We also had to connect manually, as the auto-detect feature didn't work for either of us.Once connected, the app worked, as described, with one caveat. We were only able to keep one phone app connected to the device at a time. It would be nice if my wife and I could both use the app, but if a second person connects, the first person gets booted from the device.Nevertheless, the app worked well, dimmed and controlled the lights just as described. If you need an outdoor light dimmer/timer, this would work well for you.

I can control lights brightness (after I loaded an app on my phone and paired with the device and played with buttons). Unfortunately, I read description and thought it could be manually controlled by box and thought it came with an additional remote. The instructions that came in the box were only addressing set up on app and nothing else. So, if I'm not there with my phone then someone else will have problems adjusting the lights (if they even can). I would probably return and search for something else but it's to much trouble. I think it should be described better so that buyer knows what they are getting into!

Within less than an hour the device was warm. Shortly after, we smelled electrical fumes. If we had left this alone, it would've definitely caught fire.
