At first, it was difficult to work with the logistics company that handles shipping of this sauna, however the seller worked quickly to rectify this problem and sauna was delivered promptly and to the room of my choice. The installation process was not horrible for a product of this size, the early step of getting the back panels to fit together was the most challenging. As a note to others, the instruction does not mention to place these pins (pictured) in the clasps holding the front door piece connected to the others, but they are included and provide more stability to the build. Overall the sauna works well, ours heats up to temperature in about 15 minutes. The seating is comfortable for two normal sized people. I’d definitely recommend adding a backrest for comfort of use. The foot warmer component is nice and the finish overall looks really professional more so than the price point.

Heats up to 149 F. Gets up to 140 F in 15 minutes, which I thought was surprisingly quick. Within 25 minutes I've got a good sweat going.* The two bluetooth speakers are of decent quality and link up quickly with no problems. Listening to music or audio books makes the time pass more enjoyably.*This was one of the few saunas with the heater on the glass door, which is great for maintaining a consistent temperature in the sauna.*Also one of the few saunas with a heated tiled foot area, which makes more sense than having your sweat pool up on wood or a carbon heater.* Big enough for two to sit side-by-side, but small enough to fit within our bedroom.* Came well packaged, fairly easy setup by two people.* Like having the controls both inside and outside, so I can easily get it preheated and turn on/off the light afterwards for cleaning the sweat off the floor tiles.* Only things I would change would be to add even another heater to the wood wall adjacent to the door; also maybe find a way to limit the small amount of air leakage in the corners (not too bad though).Overall, great additional features (door heater, tiled floor heater, inside/outside controls, two Bluetooth speakers) at a comparable price to lesser featured saunas.

Granted, we have only had it for a day, but the delivery went very well. The warehouse communicated with us regularly. The delivery guys were awesome. Setup was not bad at all. The pieces fit together snugly, which is good. We installed it in the corner of my closet in the bathroom. We stuck small felt mover pads on the bottom piece before assembly, so when we were ready to put the top piece on, we could slide it out, install the top fully, and then push it back in the corner. We will also be able to slide it out if we need o do any repair or maintenance work. We’ve had two sauna sessions, and it works perfectly. It is easy to accidently brush up against the heat panel, so you may want to invest in a Hemlock backrest to keep you safely away from the panels. In only one day, my BP lowered by 4 pts (I don’t have high BP, but just an observation), and my skin feels very hydrated.There were only two negatives. One was that the instructions were barely adequate. We figured it out, in part by watching the video. We guessed that you can change the temperature setting from C to F by pressing and holding the up and down arrows at the same time. This information was not provided. There were also two of the tongue and groove pieces that had splintered. One chunk came completely off. Fortunately, my husband had some wood glue and a pin-nailer, and had them fixed in under 10 min. The boxes were not damaged and the packaging was very tight and cushioned, so I don’t know how these pieces ended up that way.The Bluetooth on my phone connected right away. The lights are super fun. My son was bummed there wasn’t a rotating RGB setting, but he’s 11, so. . . . We’re happy and love it so far. Hoping to enjoy many of the other therapeutic benefits over the next several months.PS. No, we don't let our cat get in there when it is on, but he angry meows at us when we are in there, and he is shut out, so when it's cool, I let him go in thinking he's won some victory, and he sits proudly in all his cat glory.

Arrived quickly. Was packaged very well. Easy assembly.Heats up pretty quickly, very even heat. The controls are nice and clear, the speakers aren’t Bose…but they’re good enough and easy to connect.So far I’m very happy with this thing and would recommend it to anyone looking for a moderately priced IR sauna

the team supporting this product, KM-Sauna, have to be the best partners/vendors I have had the pleasure to work with in years buying items from Amazon! While there were little hiccups along the way, their level of support and communication was fantastic. the shipper broke one of pieces during transport, KW took ownership and still responded within day on guidance and updates to the warranty claim. the glass door received within the week and installed without issue. The Sauna itself was really easy to put together, works off 110v 20amp ckt. and works great. while I was waiting for door I had hung a large towel in front of door to see how space felt. it still got to temp and everything worked great. speakers are really easy to connect to phone Bluetooth, allowing phone to be anywhere near by and not in heat. Love it! wife and I plan on using this little guy for years to come! thanks KW-Sauna team!!!

Gets to full temperature (149F) in about 20 minutes. Insulation is good, outside feels cool. Used almost everyday for 2 weeks, no issues. Was able to assemble by myself in 30 if you don't count the unboxing (I'm tall)(unboxing took 30 minutes, lots of foam/cardboard to condense). Would have been easier with 2 people.
