Its a quality product but don't think this will miraculously solve your omelet flipping problem. I still can't flip.

I use this mainly to make omlets and eggs. It does a great job with its flexible edge and long sweeping blade to catch every morsel.

I use a mix of organic canola oil and olive, after first spraying with a canola oil / lecithin cooking spray, in a Tramontina Fry Pan Stainless Steel Tri-Ply Clad 10-Inch, 80116/005DS NSF ASIN B00JAP2IPQ not "non-stick" over a gas cooktop. The Tramontia NSF replace a much older Commercial Aluminum NSF (now Calphalon, not NSF) hard anodized NOT "non-stick" fry pan of the same standard USA commercial size. I have tried various omelet removal/turning tools in the past. Thus far, although the tool does not seem to be NSF, it works fine. The edge is "sharp" enough to get under the edge of the omelet and fully release it before placing the pan plus omelet under the broiler for 30 seconds or so. Thus far, neither the hot oil nor the temperature after the broiler has done any damage -- I do NOT expose the tool to actual flame. I do not know how long this will last. I hand wash the tool with Dawn Ultra Platinum ASIN B0BBQ8S9VK using a plastic mesh scrubber.

Larger then a normal spatula as you see in the picture and that’s what makes it perfect for omelettes.

It flips omelettes and crepes slickly. Unlike a rigid spatula it works in many shapes/sized pans. It has lasted me a few years already and shows no sign of wear. I would definitely recommend it to home cooks. I use it nearly every day.

Excellent product. A little large but flips omelettes and pancakes beautifully making the spatula useful in many ways. Worth the investment.
