I really like this set, but for a woman it is extremely hard to try and squeeze the larger with one hand, using 2 hands in front of my chest is the only way I could do it. Now my husband had no issues using only 1 hand. The smaller ones are the perfect size for my hands. I can feel it in my forearm while I’m using it. These are well made and seem built to last. Because I am not able to use the larger one, I would not purchase these again.

Have you ever had a pair of clips and you just couldn't squeeze hard enough to get them to open up enough to get them on your bar? You won't have that issue with these. I feel like I have average hands for a female, and I am able to use them with ease and they tightly secure plates on the bar. I would definitely recommend them. I think the 1 inch clip is less useful and would love to see this set sold as 2 x 2 inch clips but overall great clips.

Exactly what I needed for my Olympic barbell. Comes with 2in and 1in. Absolutely a must have for any home gym.

These clamps worked perfectly and it's nice that you get 2 of both sizes, though the standard 2" collar is mainly what I needed. They aren't hard to get on or off the bar, the grips feel good, and I've certainly put them to the test weight wise and they held up well. Good value.

I've used a lot of clamps over the years. These are the easiest to open, the most comfortable in my hand, and grip securely in place on the bar. I used the respective sets on a dumbbell and a barbell. I highly recommend these clamps with as much confidence as one can. I'm seriously considering ordering more to outfit each of my bars.
