The reducer that came in my shower head was too limiting. Removing it caused the head to be too powerful so needed something in between. Having multiple options was great. Had to find a yiu tube video to show which way they drop in, but other than that lack of direction, it was easy and worked!

Nice it has several different options for flow, but my shower head isn't standard size so I had to use the strongest one to lessen the flow, but it worked.Good price too.

Simple process, unscrewed the shower head, removed the original restrictor which must have been a 1.5 gal. item based on the rather gentle output I was getting. This was a new Moen shower head. Inserted the 2.5 gal. one from this packet ( I copied the chart of sizes from the website) which is what the Moen specs for this shower head say is tolerable. Screwed the hose back on. Now all the modes have a firmness as you aim them at your body, the massaging ones are very firm.I loved the new shower as it came together. We had an old monster tub pulled out and the shower rebuilt. The only complaint was the pressure was a bit low. All fixed in just a few minutes.

After installing the 1.8gpm restrictor in my shower head (as shown in the instruction video with the white side up), the restrictor came apart and is now lodged in my shower head. I am unable to retrieve the piece that has broken off, requiring me to now order a new shower head. It seems as though these restrictors are too small for normal shower heads, and maybe should only be used in a handheld shower hose.Worthless product.

Easy install. Fit perfectly inside my shower head. I replaced an old restrictor to help increase water pressure. Worked well.
