This combination spoon rest with pot lid holder is very handy when cooking, in a pot with a lid, something which needs to be periodically stirred. Where to place the lid while stirring? Put the lid down on the counter and the condensed water drips all over, and also the lid may be very hot. With this holder you stand the lid and the water collects in the base. You stir your food, then return the spoon to the spoon rest section of the holder and return the lid to the pot. I wish I had discovered this gadget years ago. One possible drawback: it's easy to assemble, but once assembled it can't be folded flat for space-saving storage when not in use, unlike a much more expensive similar product from well known brand. For storage it's kind of an awkward shape, but the cost saving was worth it to me.

I love this spin rack. It holds all the different size and weight lids. Even the one on my crock pot! The soon holder needs a dip in the tray for using larger handled spoons but all in all it works OK. I rest my silicone oven grip on the top so it is handily available for hot pot lids and it works great. Pop it in the dishwasher for cleaning and do by hand, it cleans easily. Love this right by my work station.

I was skeptical because the price was low for 304 stainless steel, but there’s no polishing compound residue, it’s lightweight, and the lid holds large sizes well.

This is perfect. IDK what took me so long to get one of these. I no longer need to hold the lid while stirring. No more paper towels or plates to hold the utensil being used. Love it.

I sometimes use this when I cook, the only thing is I wish it folds. It's bulky when I put it away. I don't think I will recommend this to others

Works well even with larger lids. Easy to assemble and use. Comments about the materials: the base looks like stainless steel. As received it is covered in blue cellophane plastic which must be peeled off before assembly. Some people might find it difficult to get the peeling started but once started it easily peels off. 2) the vertical loop (holder) and wing nuts used to attach to the base might not be stainless steel. As a result, one should avoid getting it wet in this area as dissimilar metal contact will promote corrosion. Overall: excellent for the price paid.
