This set needs assembly and comes with every hardware needed. It was super easy to assemble, and very easy to install and I used it in our kitchenette to hold pots and cooking gear.

The wood has held up nicely. The hardware for the wood has held up nicely. The hooks have held up nicely.The hook hardware does not fit quite right. The hooks will hold but they wiggle around quite a lot. Some of the metal for the mounting points on the hooks seems bent or beveled for whatever reason. This was not a consistent problem - but this was an apparent problem out of the box on 3 out of 6 of the hook mounting points.I don't believe the hardware is the problem only because the hooks are more custom made than the generic hardware (correct me if I'm wrong).The quality control regarding all materials except for the hook mounting points are 10/10.The reason for 4/5:I've spent time attempting to make the hook mounting points flush with the screw-base touch-points.I enjoy tickering and I will spend time trying to to make something function properly.When I attempt to fix something with the wrong parts - I have wasted time.These hooks will work for general use. Don't go over the recommend weight limit and they work great.If you get distracted easily-buy separate hooks do you don't need to focus on forever-loose hooks.

This product is advertised to hold pans, however, the hooks warped and bent. I do not recommend this product unless you are using it for light things.Terrible advertisement.

Not really a fan of how these are screwed into the wall. The hardware that came wth them doesn't seem like it would be good enough to hold up the pots and pans it's supposed to. So I had to buy longer screws to make sure.
