The concept of this head support is great, but the straps that are meant to attach it to the car seat are horrible. They have to be threaded a specific way that makes it really difficult to tighten them around the carseat. They also don't fit the shape of the headrest well. The lining of the head support is really soft and it's not too bulky. I just really wish it attached to the car seat better so that it was functional.

I did not like the straps, it was a little difficult for me to tighten them. That's the most important part in my opinion, I'm not sure what the issue is, maybe how it's made? The design is nice but probably not well thought out. The cushioning around the head is comfortable at least and holds the head in place. A few tweaks and it'll be perfect.
