Very soft and comfortable, pretty big tho. Bought for my newborn before he came and he ended up being 5lb at birth. This insert didn’t provide quite enough padding for him but could for a bigger baby, good product for price

Headrest pillow was flat as a pancake had no cushion whatsoever unless they forgot to put the headrest in. I don’t know I returned it.

This is what I was looking for. I didn't like the joint on the original car set, so I needed to find something that would bridge the rough joint for the baby.it is a very soft material and made very high quality. Of course, it’s worth saying that there is no support for the head, but that’s exactly what I needed to solve my problem.

The product is very soft and warm and not too bulky to be inside your car seat. May be too hot in summer time. Very cute and easy to put in and take out and washable. Good value.

Very flimsy, extremely thin does not offer one bit of support. Not safe for a new born baby at all. Its just a flat deflated peace of cloth it dosent even have support holes for the straps to go through and the whole insert slides down and falls out of the car seat. How is this even allowed to be sold for a new born baby it's dangerous. Extremely disappointed.

This choice may be my fault - I thought this would be a padded insert to ensure a ‘baby’ was nestled snugly inside the car seat. But whilst nice material. It was thin, essentially unpadded, did not add any real extra support or fill in around the baby. I suspect for a 6-12 month toddler 10kg at least it would be beneficial, but not for a baby ( 5kg) .

It’s useless I don’t know why I bought it. It’s thin, so I fail to see how would it make my baby more comfortable. It slides and moves around, and even the mesh side keeps your baby sweaty in heat. I just feel like it didn’t aid any of the issues you think it would. No support, thin, flimsy. The only thing it does it makes your car seat look better, so maybe if you have some stains or something it would cover it up.

My baby is 3 weeks old and there is not enough head support for him by a good few inches. Had to reorder another one
