Use every time I cook something on a sheet pan. Cuts down on the residue that gets left on them. It makes washing very easy. And the fact that they're pre-cut and you don't have to measure it out off a roll.

The product itself, is exactly what I ordered. I love it!I had to downgrade one star because of the way it was packaged. The description and related picture showed a full- sized flat box that the sheets could lay out flat in. What I received was a half-sized box. The sheets were folded in half inside the box.Now, I understand that packaging is the most expensive aspect of marketing a product; however, if you're going to advertise it as a full-sized flat box, then that is what you MUST deliver! Now, I have to special order a box for this paper that was supposed to come with the product.On top of that dissapointment, the box was damaged in transit. I know that is not the fault of the product maker, but care should have been taken to ensure the product was delivered without damage.

This paper is sized almost perfectly for our baking needs as well as it's use in our dutch over. It protects our food, our oven and our pans, racks, etc. We can easily slide the sheets from the package when needed. Convenient, robust and fairly priced.
