The only thing that I am uncertain about is why putting the wires back in. I have to switch out the back part with the lightbulbs in it because it doesn’t fit the wire clasp.

Mirror fit fine, but I used the foam insert from the original mirror as the rubber insert on this one did not allow the mirror to fit properly. Mirror works fine, but does vibrate more than the original OEM mirror.

I would give 5 stars if it could mount as seamlessly as the original did. This mirror replacement appears to have all the features of the original one but it can’t be seamlessly fit in the door. There is about an 1/8 inches gap between the door after tightening the screws. Not sure whether it was the inside metal mounting bracket or the outer size of the mirror that caused the issue? If I was going to use it, I might have to apply some black waterproof silicone to prevent water getting into it and it wouldn’t look great!

bought this for my 2019 Ram Promaster. I realized that the mirror was going to be damaged after noticing that the box was re-packaged into an Amazon box, the mirror arrived damaged with the bottom mirror being disconnected and the signal bulb bouncing around inside the light enclosure. After re-attaching the bottom mirror and re-installing the signal bulb, the mirror works fine. The power functions all work including the signal light. The mirror is decent quality for the cost and it fit well. The mirror only came with one wire electric connection cable, so one of the factory connections will remain open as this mirror works with that function. I assume the extra connection is for the power folding.
