perfect fit 2017 malibu. this 3 wire is for power windows that are NOT heated.This is a manually folding or collapsing mirror. In other words, you have to manually fold your mirror flat against door if you were trying to fit through a narrow spot or car wash etc....If you mirror folds or extends with electric power, this is NOT your mirror. this mirror you can ajust the view with you switch and thats all.

Very easy to install! I was able to use the original painted plastic cover with the new mirror. it snapped right on. The unit looks and works fine, the electric mirror adjustment motor works fine, and the unit was very easy to install. There is no yellow warning light to illuminate when a car approaches the when driving. Not a big deal to me. I used simple garage tools to install it. Much more reasonably price compared to OEM part. Very satisfied.

I installed it myself over a month ago, installation was easy enough. It's held up perfectly through all weather this fall -- winds, thunderstorms, and even snow already.
