I just learned how to make pasta but didn’t want to invest a lot in an electric stand alone maker. This turned out to be a great purchase. Easy to use, heavy duty, efficient. Luckily I noticed at the last minute that this does NOT go in the dishwasher! I let the maker attachment dry out completely and then used the included brushes to clean it. Piece of cake. This works so well, I may not even get the stand alone maker.

Amazing attachment. You can't beat the taste taste of fresh pasta. Sturdy built, easy to follow instructions and easy to clean. The attachment fits perfectly with my kitchen aid.The roll-it is thin enough to make lasagna too.Totally love it.

I recently purchased this Pasta Maker, and it has completely transformed my pasta-making experience at home! As a pasta enthusiast, I've tried the original one, but it`s annoying needing to change the add on for every deferent type of pasta that I was trying to do. This unit is a one do all.Firstly, the build quality is exceptional. The sturdy construction assures durability. The ease of use is another standout feature. The clear instructions provided made setup a breeze, even for someone like me who isn't particularly handy in the kitchen. The adjustable thickness settings allow for versatility in pasta styles, from paper-thin to hearty and thick. I can effortlessly create anything from delicious lasagna to robust fettuccine, all with consistent results.I've also experimented with different types of flour and ingredients (the caputo 00 is the best one), and the pasta maker has handled them all with ease. It has truly elevated my culinary creations, and my family and friends are now constantly impressed with the restaurant-quality pasta I can whip up at home.

Was skeptical that it would fit my mixer. I have a 40+ year old mixer however it fit no issues. Was easy to use and made the process really easy compared to hand rolling. However I did find it difficult to clean. I wish that the outer part popped off so that you can easily get between the rollers. It took me longer to clean it than to actually make a round of pasta.

A while ago I wanted to have one of these machines to make my own pasta and I couldn’t decide because the KitchenAid brand was very expensive so I decided to give this one the option and well all I can do is say that it works excellent!! ! I can make lasagna, angel hair, Fettuccine and of course spaghettis so I'm happy about this and the price.

I bought one of these a while back (different brand and was magical in how well it worked once I figured it out) but I ended up damaging it like a dunderhead when I did one of the few things it warned me not to do by sticking a knife in it while it was running. So I popped on Amazon to buy a new one. Didn't look to close at the brands and bought this one because it looked the same. I'm gonna skip the rest of the narrative and get straight to why this product sucks so bad.The thing is universally loose. That might matter much when it comes to the middle roller since all you're doing is flattening the dough out. However it matters quite a bit when it comes to the cutting part. When I first started the roller I noticed right away something was not right. The spaghetti cutter had a wobble on one end that visibly separated the cutting pins every full rotation. I thought maybe screwing in the star shaped screws on both ends would fix it (it didn't) and find that these screws seemed loose as well. I didn't want to tighten them though since I thought this thing seemed so cheap that I wouldn't be surprised if the screws were set on a plastic foundation. Anyways at the point I had made all these discoveries I had unfortunately already made my dough and figured I'd try it anyways. I went to cut them once I had my desired dough thickness and instead of getting cut noodles, I got a sheet of dough with lines pressed into it. After a few minutes of frustration I decided to switch to the linguini cutter. Who cares about the shape of the pasta as long as I got some, right?WRONG! Same results on that side as well. A sheet of dough with lines pressed into it. This thing is so cheaply made the cutting pins don't even have enough tension in them to cut dough even half-heartedly!I'm getting a refund and spending my money on something worthwhile! Like a kitchen-aide pasta roller!

This works great. At first if my pasta drifts off to the edge of the rollers and turns it a funny color, after a good cleaning it’s not doing that any more. It must be a build up of mineral oil

This pasta attachment is easy to use and attach onto your Kitchenaid mixer and once you get the hang of it and what setting to start it on and work your way down you are a pasta making fool :) So far I've made linguini and manicotti with this and I like this so much better than a crank one. The price was amazing so I had to get it as the others were over $100 and I wasnt going to pay that so this is definitely worth your money
