I am going to give this 5 stars. I bought this thing because I am always looking for new and better ways to stretch my back and shoulders. As a life-long extreme sports athlete, I have sustained many injuries during my journey. I had never used a piece of equipment like this, but it looked interesting and I got one on sale. I choose this one because the design looked stronger than others, I am 6 foot, 210 pounds.Using the equipment is different. Meaning you can do many different things with your spine. Depends what you individually need to achieve. I'm not a doctor, sports medicine or physical therapist. But I value movement and spinedecompression.The dip station seams a little flimsy for my weight and the plastic grips leave smelly plastic smell on my hands. Not a big deal.Unit is light weight and physically small enough to movearound the house easily.

Pretty good, but a bit flimsy. You have to be sure to have your feet on the base or the whole thing can tip over when you bend, especially side bends.
