I PURCHASED THIS SLING FOR AN 8LB CHIHUAHUA WHO IS A BIT SHORT SO THIS SIZE FIT PERFECT. IT IS MADE OUT OF SUPER STURDY SOFT MESH MATERIAL. I DID CHOOSE A SMALLER SIZE SO THE VELCRO AT THE NECK AND BACK WERE A LITTLE SNUG BUT I NEEDED MY DOG TO BE SECURE. THE BEST PART OF THIS IS THE WRAP AROUND THE ABDOMEN THAT ALSO VELCROS MAKING THE SLING JUST ABOUT IMPOSSIBLE FOR THE DOG TO GET OUT OF. IT IS VERY SECURE AND MY DOG COULD NOT MOVE MUCH BUT WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. I HAVE A DOGGIE LIFT AND JUST NEED A SMALLER SLING AND THIS COMES WITH HOOKS AND STRAPS SO ALL I HAD TO DO WAS ATTACH IT TO THE HOOKS ON MY DOGGIE LIFT. I WAS QUITE SURPRISED OF THE PRICE, THE ACCESSORIES, THE SLING AND THE EXCELLENT QUALITY. I WASHED IT AND HUNG TO DRY WITHOUT ANY ISSUES. IT ALSO COMES WITH CLIPPERS AND OTHER ACCESSORIES. THIS IS REALLY A GREAT SLING AND KIT FOR THE PRICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ITEM.

Okay so my chihuahua hates her nails to be cut finally we hang her in this and she just waits for us to finish she canรขโฌโขt go anywhere so she doesnรขโฌโขt fight it. Only issue is itรขโฌโขs weird to figure out how it goes to use it.

This made cutting my squirmy pups nails and trimming the face very easy. It did not cause any sense of anxiety as the hammock perfectly hugged and fit his little body. He was as snug as a bug on a rug in it. The extra strap around the back and belly made me as a dog mama feel safer just in case. But there was no just in case moments thankfully. I would highly recommend. The material is sturdy, the hooks and straps that come with it are also extremely sturdy. No regrets!

Do not attempt to use this product with cats. They were easily able to escape before we even got them settled. The clippers worked well, but the harness didn't contain the cat at all.

I was very surprised how calm the dog was once it was suspended. We just fed her traits as we trimmed her nails. It was also quite hilarious. I would highly recommend this for those squirmy little dogs.
