Decent step-up ring that doesn't feel as cheap as some or as high quality as others. However, the packaging was somewhat disconcerting.

Feel solid, well machined, spin on and off easily. Got these so I didn't have to stack a bunch of rings to get the 67mm filters on the smaller 46mm lens thread that I have on a number of lenses (46-49, 49-52, 52-55, 55-58, 58-62, and finally 62-67). Getting a good quality filter in the largest or larger sizes saves money for filters you aren't using all the time. Like a really good ND or variable ND or polarizer etc. To note, using a oversized filter will negate the use of lens hood.
