I transitioned from plastic paddles to gloves to these silicone pieces. Not the easiest things to work with, but are a great transition to straight swimming.

I got medium because the large was out of stock. I'm female and have average to small hands. I feel like the medium is too tight. Tips of my fingers turn red. I ordered the large but haven't had a chance to use them yet.

Honestly, I bought these for a costume, I was an anglerfish. And I don’t think I have big hands or fat fingers, and these really squeezed on me as for functionality. I’m not sure if they would help me swim better? Very flimsy, but they really do look like the webbing on a ducks feet, so maybe they would? I just know that they hurt my fingers.

Comes in really handy if you are not that great a swimmer. Takes a long time to put on. Taking them off is okay.
