I purchased 2 of these gloves for my grandson when we were going to Aruba. They work great in the water, ball bounces well off the water. The only drawback is that there is only one glove and one ball in each order. Why doesn't the manufacturer just charge a bit more and include one more glove so you can use them for its purpose of playing catch?You have to purchase each glove with its own ball separately. SMH

I knew this going into my purchase, but it still doesn’t make any sense to me. This only comes with 1 mitt and 1 ball. So in order to play catch in the pool or on the beach, you need to buy 2 sets…which suddenly makes this toy super expensive for what it is. With that said, it’s a great toy, great quality, and gets 2 thumbs up from my kids and my husband.. and myself. We played on the beach/in the ocean, as well as in the pool with great fun had by all. There’s a slight learning curve when it comes to figuring out where to successfully catch the ball in the “net†part of the mitt. But once you get it, it’s easy. Fits adult hands as well as my 7 year old, just fine.

I bought two sets. Work great. We parked on a sand bar on the river and played catch skipping the ball off the water.

I ordered these in June and didn’t receive them until August. Two months late later than stated. I finally received them and was so excited to give to my boys and my nephews for their birthdays. They open them and both sets were not sets at all. They each only came with one glove. Which is completely pointless. Luckily i bought two so they can at least take turns while they’re together. Would be a 5 star review otherwise, even with the crazy long wait.

We took this on holiday where we had access to a pool with no life guard, the pool was also not overcrowded. This was the perfect place to use this item! I had intended to have my 12 year old wear the glove but we used it the other way around in the end. In a nutshell, we used this and a couple of other pool toys for many, many hours on the holiday, and this was very enjoyable and I have happy memories from our play with it. I’m not so sure about taking to our local pool, at the moment we will probably next use it on our next holiday. The writing on the ball has slightly faded in its week of intense use but it’s ok. Happy with the quality of the item. I find the £20ish I paid a bit steep, but it was in my opinion a good purchase because of the amount of time we spent using it and because the quality was sufficient that it won’t just fall apart. It should be made possible to buy two gloves and a ball for £30 as I can’t get my head around buying a second set at that price, but I would rather pay what I paid and not have the quality deteriorated if that’s what it boils down to as we all hate buying things that fall apart don’t we. Recommend for single parent families or families with age gap in children (it’s a two player game).

Description said it includes one ball and two gloves but product arrived in packaging that said “one glove and one ballâ€. Super disappointing as I can’t use for our vacation now.
