I just received and tried them. They are very dry, more like a 2H and you have to push hard to be able to see any color that you almost go through the paper. Not good at all. I have other brands and they are smooth. You do not get the watercolor effect with this brand. Sending them back for a refund.

I ordered these and they sent me white instead of gold. I returned it and they shipped me some for free. They arrived in a dented box with them inside. The pencils were chipped and looked like they were used. It’s ok for now, but I will NOT be ordering from them. To much time wasted on getting a return

I gt these in brown. I liked the idea of them to help with edges in a watercolor thinking I could use these along the outlines and then blend them into the paint, but they didn't really work well enough.They seem like they should be a little softer to work properly. You can get a little bit of a blend with them, but not very much and what you can get requires too much effort.There are better products to use than these if you want to blend into watercolors.I guess they are decent enough for a brown pencil, but that isn't what I wanted them for.
