This was VERY easy to put together. The size is more than enough for my dog. It is not the sturdiest, but it does the job and I am completely satisfied. It is perfect for my dog who is currently pregnant and expecting any day now. 😊

The pen is decent. I really like it has 2 sections and 2 entry points for the dog(s).However, it was advertised for medium & large dogs, but it definitely is not secure enough for large dogs. I have a cane corso and the pen is flimsy to the point where if and when she lays in it it moves with her. Additionally the bolts that came with it were not all the same therefore putting it together became a challenge because it didn't fit as it was supposed to.I just think overall it should be a bit more sturdy to prevent being moved, and perhaps taller to prevent such easy access to jump out of.

Well, i gave it a 1, but one month later and its destroyed. Over 200.00, and its destroyed beyond fixing. My puppies are now loose. Rediculous!This is not at all what I was expecting for the price. It's so cheap and light weight that the puppies move it across the floor jumping on the sides. I have Golden Retriever puppies 6 weeks old. The doors have grooves in the bottom where food / feeces can get stuck off their paws. I leave the door open in the middle and they potty on one side sleep / play on the other. The doors are difficult to slide in and out, they seemed to have warped maybe because the puppies move it or jump on them waiting to come out. Difficult to move for fear of it snapping. Screws with black cap come off by the puppies paws, unsafe choking hazard. Just so overly disappointed for what I paid for it. I think it would be ideal for small breeds, def not larger ones.

I bought this even though there were mixed reviews...crossing my fingers. My son put it together for me and I was so pleased with this pen. It's perfect for my 10 pound mama dog and her 4 puppies. It's wooden and very sturdy. Best purchase!

This is a good quality product. Holds up well to cleaning and busy pups. My only complaint is that one of the sliding door tracks chipped. It was still usable but the smaller section had to be put in before the larger or the puppies could push it out of place. All in all a good product. We were able to disassemble and donate this once the pups were gone and it was still in great shape.

I ordered two different whelping boxes to see what I wanted to choose. When the boxes arrived I instantly knew this is the one I would be returning.This box is 2 separate areas, and the competition had only 1 space, so I expected the 2 section to be double the size. It was actually half of the size of the single. You definitely do not want this compressed board whelping box, puppies make messes often, and liquid is bond to be involved. These are so flimsy that they will absolutely absorb any expected messes.I would definitely not recommend this box, it's not only flimsy but hard to clean, and difficult to assemble. I would recommend just bite down, and purchase a pvc/plastic box on a rail system. You will not regret it. EZ products are definitely what you want to go with. I found the competition so easy to assemble and clean. I built it in less than 10 mins.

This Whelping box is beautiful and super easy to assemble. This was my Shih Tzu’s first litter so I went all out. The color of the box (mahogany) is actually quiet lovely and I could tell she was extremely comfortable in her little space. She must’ve felt comfortable in this box because she gave birth and did not want to walk around during nor after. As they grew, the whelping box has convent sliding doors which kept the newborns in the box as she was able to comfortably hop in and out for potty breaks or eating. We mostly used the other side of the box for light heating machines, supplies, kinda like a conveniently accessible space for blankets, towels, reusable pee pads etc.. etc. There is another sliding door between the two boxes so neither mom nor pups were able to get in it.See picture right after assembly and then here’s mom minutes after giving birth in the whelping box, in which as you can see she looks happy and comfortable.

like the height its about right for the medium dogs,easy to assemble ,size is about right,good valie for the price,thenonly problem is its easy to break. some of the screws wont get through to the holes. But all and all good for the price. Not bad.

I absolutely love this the design is so perfect for puppies. Hopefully one day they come out with one just like it thats easier to disassemble for when its not in use!

It didn’t come with the right size bolts to attached the two pens together they aren’t long enough to actually connect the two together. Will have to go to the store and buy something to get them connected
