My Lola’s a picky eater. I crumble several pieces of the chicken flavor on her dry food and she eats her food with no issues. I have tried other products, but this is the best.

This meal topper by Pawstruck is awesome according to my dog and how she devours her food with it mixed in. I really did not have high hopes because it seems I buy different food mix ins thinking she’ll love them and then she doesn’t. She was sniffing the Amazon package just bringing it into the kitchen. When I put it in her dry food, she ate everything, which she rarely does. I mean she ate her food with serious gusto! The next day had the same reaction. I usually just mix in a wet dog food with her dry and even then, sometimes she just ignores it. I got the chicken flavored, but seeing her reaction, I may have to buy a difference flavor too. I only gave it 4 stars because it does have a very strong “fishy†type odor. But, maybe that’s a good dog thing. I will definitely be buying more of this product.

My picky dog was doing wonderful when I began to implement freeze dried dog food toppers to his food. I bought this bag because in comparison to other brands it is a bargain. He likes this food but not enough to lick the bowl clean like other brands I have used. A little goes a long ways. I crush the pieces in a ziplock and sprinkle on top. I won't buy again only because with this topper alone he won't eat, I have to use other products to make it more appealing. 3 stars is my honest review.

My fur baby has always been a bit fussy when it comes to mealtime often turning her nose up at regular kibble. But this product has been a game changer for us. The fact that it's made in the USA and uses all natural ingredients gives me peace of mind. Knowing that I'm adding a high quality wholesome beef topper to her meals makes me feel like I'm providing her with the best possible nutrition. The grain-free aspect is also a big plus as my dog seems to digest it more easily and it aligns with her dietary needs. The air dried texture of the topper is fantastic. It's not overly dry or crunchy but is perfect for my dog who has some dental sensitivities. The seasoning is just right not overpowering but enough to make her meals more enticing. The moment I sprinkle this topper over her kibble her eyes light up and she Dives right in without any hesitation. It's like magic.

My dogs are super picky so I'm always looking for ways to make their food more palatable for them. These toppers work well. I don't use them every day, but when I do they create a better bowl for my pups!
