I like that they are dark red but not burgundy. My 8yr old uses these for practice. They are great quality. Nice and thick. My son is at mite level and likes to throw himself to the ground and the knees are holding up great. I've found the same quality cheaper (such as ccm website) but I don't know the quality of those vs. these. Overalls I'm happy with the purchase. I anticipate he'll be able to wear them next season as well.

I bought these for my 10-year old. Overall they are very comfortable - just be sure to wash them first. Started getting a small hole after only a couple uses, but still in solid condition.

These are heavier weight and very durable. I've washed these several times now and they look almost new. I will likely buy Pear sox again. I don't spend a lot of time on the ice, but i do fall every once in awhile. Holds up to the ice well.

My 13 year old son wanted these for ice hockey and they work great. He is 5 ft tall and they fit well. Getting more in other colors for sure

I order 26-28 and it was way shorter than advertised, i measured it to about 23 1/2 in but other than that its still high quality and it still fits me enough to hold off until next season when i get my teams socks and the quality is nice it stretches nicely i havent got to use it on ice yet
