Eco Mode
ECO Mode allows you to maximize your 3 Series's fuel economy by up to 20% over the stock ratings. Its slower response also allows for better traction over terrains like snow, rain, mud, dirt, etc.
City Mode
Customer favorite, City Mode, gives your 3 Series the response of an "old school" throttle cable, with a 1:1 pedal-to-throttle ratio. This mode is popular among daily drivers as it gives your BMW 3 Series a perfect balance of performance and practicality.
Sport Mode
Sport Mode is a favorite amongst spirited drivers looking to get-up-and-go. This mode allows for a significantly increased throttle response, and is not for the light-hearted. Plug And Play
- Use the flat head screwdriver to pop out the small round screw cover on the base of the throttle assembly
- Unscrew the Torx T30 screw
- Pull the base of the assembly slightly up and forwards
- The throttle is connected with a wiring harness. Pinch the sides and it pulls right off.
- Pedal Commander will not leave "flags" on the ECU

INSTALLATION
1. Turn off Ignition.
2. Keep your key fob (if applicable) at least 35 ft. (10m) away from your BMW 3 Series. This prevents your car from using power to transmit signals to your proximity key fob sensor.
3. Leave your driver’s door open for 15 minutes to allow your ECU to shut down completely.
4. Locate and disconnect your accelerator pedal assembly plug.
5. Plug in your Pedal Commander in line with your accelerator pedal assembly plug until you hear a “click.”
6. Make sure the cables are tucked in place so they do not interfere with your driving experience.
7. Place and mount the Pedal Commander to your desired location using the velcro and mounting bracket that's included in the box.
IMPORTANT
To avoid receiving check engine lights or other issues, it is important that you follow these instructions properly. Also, please ensure that you hear a “click” sound while connecting the plugs, as this signifies a secure connection.

For starters I was kind of skeptical when it came down to ordering a pedal tuner. Decided to order the Pedal Commander and well I’m glad I did. This product delivers as advertised. I’ve tried all the modes except for the ECO setting. I am very pleased with the overall functionality of the Power Commander. Side note I have the pedal tuner set to sport with +4 on my E92 N54. My e92 is heavily modified with performance parts and a tune. This pedal tuner brings the mods and functionality of performance components alive quicker. I definitely would recommend this product for purchase. The only con I’ve experienced is a jerking motion in sport+ due to the sensitivity of the pedal/throttle. Hence I do not use sport+ mode regardless of +/- settings.

Pedal commander was advertised as new but the product that I received was obviously used previously. I wish this product was advertised as used vs new in the product description and had the price adjusted accordingly.I do like the product and it definitely helped my E60 530xi get rid of the throttle lag. Definitely a must have for the N52 series of BMW motors. I set it to street + 2.

One of my favorite additions to my F30 BMW. Now I can drive my car in comfort mode and it feels like it’s in Sport mode. Love it!! Easy to install , plug and play, adjustable and controllable with an app. Love it.

Bought for my BMW 550i xDrive. I does what it says, and it was fun to try out. In the end I returned it because its expensive and It was difficult to modulate the throttle. When my wife drove it, it was like being on a bucking bronco!The price is too high at $300. For another $200 I could get a software tune and actually add horsepower. I’d say the right price for this is $100. Also, Burger tuning has one for about $180.
