Fits the following Air cases: 1465, 1485,1506,1507,1525,1535,1555,1556,1557,1595,1605,1606,1607,1615,1626,1637, &1646. These will NOT fit the Pelican 1745 or 1755 sized cases. These are designed to only fit Pelican "Air" cases. These will NOT work on the Pelican 1510 or 1560 cases.

I say difficult because putting it into a brand new pelican case was challenging (removing the OEM pins required many attempts with multiple tools). It fit perfectly in my Pelican Air 1535! Love it!

These Latches were a quick and easy addition to my kit. Since mostly fly, I have found traditional locks to not hold up well to the luggage handlers. These are a nice addition due to their low profile and ease of install. The only downfall is that it is a very common key so while locked it is easily bypassed. Honestly, the hardest part of the install was removing the old latch pins.

Works just as described. Even comes with a replacement pin. The hardest part is removing the original pin from the case.
