After few daily use, the padding on the handles feels off which ruins the product due to the need to have grip on the bar. I could add lots of additional weight, and the friction is really good given the price, but certainly a better padding could be added. the iron does rust as I leave it out in rain, and looks decent for the price.

This product came in a timely manner and well packaged in a box. I really like this wrist roller trainer. It's well made and I like the soft grip. It's really nice to use and works well with weight. For those who likes to work out their wrists and forearm, this is a great product. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

It works great!! However the grips aren’t attached really so they slide off super easy and require you to grip harder as you use this....I don’t even use the grips when I do this workout, because I’m not a fan. I do enjoy it tho, and I would recommend it to anyone else who wants to get stronger cuz it is one hell of a workout if you do it right!!! I only did 4 stars because of the foam grips, otherwise 5 stars all the way!!!!!!

Pros- high quality- holds a good amount of weight- good length for my height- designed well for forearm developmentCons- potential con but it only uses the smaller bored plates but the Olympic sized plates

I have been looking for one of these for a time now. I can finally recycle my home made apparatus... The torque ratio is good and it is perfect for my reps. For optimal results I alternate curls with the wrist twists and I get good results. Great product, easy to use and affordable.
