It is very easy to use, there are instructions provided with pictures. You will need a dough recipe that isn't provided. Make sure to flour the dumpling maker VERY WELL or else it will stick to the dumpling maker. The maker itself works very well, just make sure to flour it very well and the dumplings will fall right out.

It’s a bit smaller than I expected but I think I had a different expectation of the size of pelmeni. It is very easy to use and clean.

Makes things so much easier and faster! The one con for me is that it was difficult to get the dumplings out after the 3rd or 4th batch.

For making lots of ravioli, this is a great addition to my kitchen. The raviolis are bite sized, but the tool is quite easy to store because it’s flat. I try not to have single purpose tools in my kitchen, but this one gets an exception.

I wish it had some instructions with it maybe, I forgot to put flour on it and they all got stuck.It is very light I remember my mom's being heavy and Sturdy .I will give it another try but on my 1st round I decided to close them by hand
