Step 1
Roll out the pastry dough

Flour the pelmeni mold before use
Step 3
Put the dough sheet on the pelmeni maker
Step 4
Put a half of a teaspoon of minced meat in each cell pocket
Step 5
Flatten the mince with your finger
Step 6
Water the dough edges for better gluing
Step 7
Roll out a second layer of dough on top of the first
Step 8
Remove excess dough on the edges of the form. Turn the form over. Shake it and ravioli/pelmeni should just come out all separated

Works great and makes my life easier not having to make dumplings one at a time by hand. I got the plastic version.

I was going to make Vareniki for 1st time and recipe mentioned using a pelemini/ravioli maker. I am so glad I ordered it. Saved so much time. Worked really well! I had no idea something like this existed. So glad recipe mentioned it.

This made making Russian dumplings SOO much easier and faster! A made me use less dough so I was able to have better portion control with more filling.

If You are looking for low-quality cheap then this is it but I do not recommend if you’re looking for a great product this will disappoint you.

First, the item was shipped only in shrink wrap—not a box or any sort of cushioned mailer—just shrink wrap. The quality of the product is poor: The metal is jagged, and does not seem like it would be food safe. It's even bent so that it wobbles on a flat surface.

Muy buena ayuda para hacer “Pelmeni†(ravioles rusas), puedes hacer bien rápido una buena cantidad de pelmeni y poder disfrutarlos, solo debes de aprender hacer una buena masa que es la clave para que salgan buenos.

Die Pelmeniza erfüllt ihren Zweck. Der Kunststoff ist auch stabil, nur die Verarbeitung könnte etwas besser sein. Tut aber der Funktion keinen Abbruch.
