I like the size the feeder and apparently so do the birds! I do wish it was a little larger and could hold more bird seed.

Good sturdy bird feeder. At times the knob on the string gets loosened due to movement and the top comes off. Make sure it is tightly attached to the roof top. Have been using it consistently and it has not faded under sun. Squirrels have jumped on top and knocked it down and it did not break!

Wanted to encourage small to medium birds near house. The fun part became watching larger birds trying to hang on to get seed. Now we have cardinals and small birds instead of cowbirds and crows!

Nice looking and holds plenty of feed, but the top will not stay in place. Keeps coming off, then it leans over spilling the food. Birds cannot get on it braise or is leaning.

The lid does not lock down. There is a clamp on the rope that is suppose to hold the lid, but it doesn’t actually apply much pressure. So the birds easily knock the lid off and the feed spills. There is a larger version that locks. But that one.

For an outdoor product, this bird feeder is not very durable. The bottom tray area has broken off in chunks. It's super easy for squirrels to tip the feeder to the side and pour out all the seeds. The birds are sad.
