I only use number nine mechanical pencils. This is a great deal on lead for the pencil lead If you use those also. Quicker Clicker and Twist Erase are what I use.

If I could give 0 stars, I would!! I only received 1 tube of lead instead of the 12 that was stated on the order "Pentel Super Hi-Polymer Lead, 0.3mm, HB, Box of 12 Tubes (300-HB)". This is misleading and false advertising! So disappointing. I will be returning.

Even though 4H is usually brittle and this is a 0.3 sized lead, I haven't had many breaks. I keep it short from the pencil but I've enjoyed using this lead for sketching. It's easy to erase and clean up so it's become my go-to lead for throwing down a quick outline to help frame a composition.

These are very hard leads (obviously) and before they see use they are quite sharp. This can lead to cuts and scratches in soft art papers. Keep this in mind when purchasing.

If your mechanical pencil is a Pentel, stick with the Pentel lead. I tried to save some money with a cheaper brand and it didn't fit.

Hallo zusammen,Die Pentel Minen sind eine "Class of its own". Brechen so gut wie nie geben einen absolut sauberen Strich und sind extrem schreibdicht und hervorragend radierbar.Ich benutze die 0,9mm mit einem Faber Castell Vario TK Fine zum schreiben und zum zeichnen. Daneben nutze ich noch die 0,5mm in einem MontBlanc.Neben dieser sehr guten Qualität ist das einzigartige Peis - Leistungsverhältnis für diese Sammelpackung hervorzuheben!Tjf63
