I bought these in HB and 2B, but HB weren’t quite what I was looking for. I do sketching and wanted to be able to erase multiple times. The 2B were very smooth and didn’t break easily. I could erase several times and there were no dents/traces in the paper. HB left slight dents, and shortened the number of “undo’sâ€, so I probably won’t be using those for sketching. 2B were excellent for my purposes, so highly recommend them.I use these leads in my Pentel Graphgear 1000, which I gave 5-star review as well. Excellent pencil, the nib is not wobbly at all and has retractable feature. Might not look spectacularly fancy, but has a good weight balance and very comfortable to hold/write. The best sketching pencil in any price range imho. Pilot S20 is nice too, very pleasant to hold and not wobbly, but not having retractable nib is a dealbreaker for me.

If you like darker lines and smoothness while drawing and writing, you won't be able to find much better leads than Pilot Neox. If you need precision with some tactile feedback (like math and sciences, or write very very small), Pentel Ain Stein may serve you a bit better. But, in any case you won't be wrong by choosing Pilot Neox. Great dark and smooth leads.

This is a great refill with enough to probably last awhile. Seems to write well enough.

I use a .3 mm pencil for a bullet journal and was constantly breaking Pentel lead. I've had few breaks with this lead and more consistent darkness.

ive tested other brands. but this one is the best. what i like about this that others lack is that there is no shine in the graphite. when you write under the study lamp, it does not shine like others do. and it is smooth, dark and strong too. which is why i think this is the best out there

This 2B 0.3mm Leads is too good Comparing others 0.3mm 2B leads. I like this 2B leads too much. This leads price always to higher than others leads. I buy this now but I am fully satisfied with using it. Thank you Seller and Amazon.inðŸ‘ðŸ™
