I was looking to replace the plastic grinder that came with the peppercorns I buy in bulk. I wanted a glass pepper mill that I could set the grind coarseness once, even after opening to refill - other mills require unscrewing the knob that adjusts the coarseness just to fill the mill, necessitating resetting the coarseness each time you fill them.This is the mill for me. It is used every day - it lives next to my stove top.It holds a good amount of peppercorns so I don't have to fill it too often, the grinder is UP so there's no mess on the counter or in the lid, and the grind is acceptably consistent.The included funnel is cute, but really unnecessary - the opening is wide enough to fill without needing the funnel.

This is a solid basic manual grinder with clean, contemporary lines. The glass base really shows off your salt crystals or peppercorns and is easy to both fill and clean. The top lid prevents dust and other particles from contaminating the grinding mechanism and contents. The item comes in a box suitable for gifting, yet with no instructions on how to adjust the grind. I appreciate the included collapsible orange filling funnel and the cleaning brush. The product page says it’s not dishwasher safe, however I put the glass base on the top rack and it did just fine. The TooWoom grinder would be an attractive yet inexpensive bridal shower or housewarming gift for someone who likes clean, contemporary lines, especially if paired with some colorful coarse salt or multi-colored peppercorns.

This is a simple twist back-and-forth manual grinder. That is what I love the best about it. It may not be fancy and I may not be able to adjust the course of what I’m grinding, but I also don’t have to worry about it needing to be recharged when I need to use it or batteries is being depleted. I have two electric grinders, one of which requires batteries and the other is rechargeable. I like both both of them very much but this is probably the one I will be using the most. It’s cute. The glass part is quite stout.. There were no instructions or information in the box or on the box with this, but I imagine that’s because it’s pretty straightforward. The only information I would have wanted to know whether the glass part of this could go in the dishwasher. I’m assuming since most glass can go in the dishwasher this can as well. It looks very well made.

This little grinder has all that I need in a pepper grinder. The base is a nice thick glass that will last a long time, as long as I don't drop it. Even then, it does seem to be quite thick. The top is metal with a small lid. Functionally, this works as most grinders do: twisting the top grinds the pepper as you hold the grinder upside down. The brush and funnel that come with it will be very helpful in filling and cleaning. The screw top in the grinder does allow for some variation in pepper size, but I did not see a huge difference. I needed a simple pepper grinder to use at work and this is more than enough.

This was so much better than buying pre cracked pepper. You can really taste the pepper better and this stainless steell cracker definitely helps you taste the flavor of what you make. Definitely a kitchen essential

easy to fill, nice design and I use it on a daily basis. It takes less turns to produce the amount of pepper I would normally produce with a turn from the McCormick, speeding up my cooking

It doesn't grind the pepper finely. Whole peppercorns come out, regardless of the setting. They also get stuck in the top under side of the grinder. No markings on which is coarse or find, but I've turned the dial around and tried every possible setting, still get a wide variety of crushed pepper. It comes with a collapsible rubber funnel and a cleaning brush. Cleaning brush will come in handy, since the peppercorns get stuck in the grinder.
