I got this for my classroom as they are learning about the branches of govt. We're using it for an activity involving holding trials for broken "laws" we create. My students love props like this. It would make a geat decoration, too, but that doesn't happen to be what we're using it for.

Amazing quality. A good amount of weight to the gavel without it being too heavy. The gold in the center is great and smooth. The wood is very smooth and high quality.

This is well made. It’s not too heavy and is great for when you have to set down the law have a mini court hearing. Who ate the last cupcake? Plead your case. Crumbs on your face. GUILTY! Highly recommend.

I ordered this for an organization I belong to needs a gavel. I thought this would be perfect but it's tiny. It does the job but it's a little small for a man.

I got this to put an end to Game Night bickering and bringing all club business to order.. and for that it is perfect. For business practices though... I don't know, it has a big physical blemish that is the gold band.Meaning that it is so loose that you can almost stick a finger under it... I think it was just cut a little too generously and the band bulges a little.It works absolutely perfectly for what it was made for, so I have no complaints about anything but the band looking sloppy and a bit unprofessional

It’s a perfect little gravel and a great price. I bought this for my coworker kind of is a gag gift because he always wanted to be in control of the meetings.
