I bought this one and it looked pretty great. Although it is easy to use I have found that it slips and it is very likely to move. So it isn’t as tight as i had hoped. I did buy a cheaper capo and it works really great.

I liked how strong it is. It feels like it will last a long time. It's very effective for the price it came. I have to use some force to open it, which makes it great to grab the guitar. It fits perfectly in my electric guitars, and even with an Ukulele. It doesn't fit very well with a classical guitar, I would need to place it really carefully.

Well made capo. I have not noticed any annoying fret or loose string buzzing. Easy to place thanks to a large grip area on the capo. I would recommend this product.

If you leave capos at gigs or lose them like me, then this is the capo for you. Very stylish and high quality looking yet very affordable. The finish is very nice. The profile is great as well and doesn't stick up off of the fretboard like most capos (daddario, kyser etc). My only critique is is the weight - its one of the heavier capos I've ever used so it can throw off the balance of an acoustic. While annoying, it's not terrible as it's a very dense and quality piece of metal.

I've used this capo a lot so far since purchased. The only thing that I noticed now that I hadn't paid much attention to before it the capo handles. Some other capos have handles that come out and above your fret board instead of positioned behind the neck like this one. I can see the reason that one might want a different capo that allows your hand a bit more freedom when you're playing the frets immediately below where you have placed the capo, but my hands aren't super huge or bulky so it still works just fine for me! Great solid materials and no fret buzz!

Not that I am a fashionista or anything, but...Have to admit that I am in love with this capo (yes it's possible to fall in love with a capo - no judging). I have a Nashville and a Thalia both costing way more than this one. And this one feels just as sturdy. Solid. No fret buzz and the guitar stays in tune (this is more due to the guitar but some cheap capos sure don't help the situation).And the icing on the cake? The finish of course. The glossy dark bronze finish blends in perfectly with the fretboard (unlike those chrome-ish capos that look like you stuck a paperclip on your headstock). Looks great on my Larrivee, whether on the 5th fret or perched up on the headstock. Subtle. Classy. It's my Christie Brinkley capo.

I bought this after trying out my mate’s one, and I was instantly impressed by the difference it made. In the past, I’ve used capos that didn’t hold the strings properly—either the grip wasn’t strong enough, or the top strings would be loose, causing that annoying twang. Not with this one!This capo has a nice, firm grip that holds the strings perfectly, with no buzzing or twanging at all. It’s slim, too, so there’s plenty of room when you’re playing lower down the fretboard, around the 6th or 7th fret.As for durability, only time will tell whether the spring or grip stays as strong over the months or years, but for the price I paid, I’m more than happy with it. I use it on my acoustic guitar, but I reckon it’d work just as well on an electric.I’d definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable capo!

Ich hatte noch keinen anderen Kapodaster, aber ich bin damit sehr zufrieden. Er funktioniert so, wie ich es mir vorgestellt hab, ist intuitiv in der Anwendung, hat ein angenehmes Gewicht, ohne schwer zu sein und der Klang der GItarre bleibt klar. Zusätzlich dazu sieht auch noch echt gut aus.Da man wenn man den Weg der Gitarre geht wahrscheinlich sowieso früher oder später einen braucht, war dieser Kauf definitiv auch etwas sehr gutes. Er ermöglicht es mir als Anfänger, mit den wenigen Akkorden, die ich kann trotzdem das ein oder andere Lied mitzuspielen.

A good finish... fits comfortably in the hand... holds all strings against the frets... no string buzz... look OK.
