Somit was my grandfathers 75th birthday party coming ul and I had no idea what to get him, I was searching for hours. I found this mug, put a picture of the whole family on it amd when it came I couldn’t wait to see if the hot water would really reveal the picture. I honestly didn’t think it would work so well but to my surprise it truly did. At the party when I presented my gift, everyone was quite disappointed to see a plain black mug, untill I poured in a cup of hot water and displayed our beautiful family. My grandpapi loved it amd all my family members envied me even more. It was so annoyingly amazing 🤩! Thank you so much for this wonderful gift !!ðŸŽ

The picture quality was great! It was a wonderful surprise for the recipient. He couldn't figure out why I was so excited about a black coffee mug and then I added the hot water....immediate smiles!

Got this as a gift for my son-in-law, his new business finally has an office and drinking coffee in a custom mug was called for! The quality of the print is flawless, it arrived days sooner than expected, and I would not hesitate to buy more. Is $19 a bit much for a coffee mug? Not one bit when I see the smile on his face! 5 Stars all around.

Poor quality. The photos are not the colors in the photograph I submitted, and the photos On the cup look out of focus, but The actual photos are not out of focus.The dark background above the baby is much darker than the photo.The photo of my daughter - The green of the lawn is brown on the cup!!! And the blue of her dress looks almost white on the cup. That destroys the whole beauty of the photo so what's the point of putting it on a cup.This was to be a gift given to my daughter next week. I got her something elseMeanwhile, This company has been messaging me for over two weeks I sent her a replacement that was worse than the original.The company asked for photos, Which I sent on August 16 and I have not received a response.I Shouldn't have to send photos of their poor quality product. They should have their own photos on file; they should have quality control looking at products before they ship. They should have an ordering system that rejects photos that won't work. Like Banks do for online deposits. I spoke to Amazon Customer Service, Melanie, on Aug 18th; She says Amazon is unable to resolve this issue.Going forward I will NOT be making purchases through Amazon, because every company has online ordering systems.I will order directly from companies, so that Amazon is not the middleman, allowing sellers to provide Poor Quality products with no option to return for refund.I'll have a lot better Customer Service if I order directly through a company that's representing them without Amazon being the middleman.

I originally ordered 6 of these mugs. The first batch was pretty horrible. Only one mug came in good condition. The rest had white specks all over and they were blurry, matte and very faded. (See 1st picture). I was honestly shocked that they passed their Quality Inspection.I reached out to the seller and they were very quick to resend 5 mugs at no additional cost.The second batch was absolutely beautiful(see 2nd picture). Exactly what I would expect for the price. The only flaw I can really point out, is that the saturation is very high compared to my original pictures. But they look beautiful regardless.
