The personalization allowed for four lines of text. I put the most important info on the first line and it was left off the engraving. If the personalization only allowed 3 lines the seller should have told me and I would have changed what I wanted. But instead they just left off the first line and there is no return and no way to contact them and so I’m out the money. Beware.
