Garbage product. Within the first 20 hours, on a dual engine repower, replaced one igniter and one coil. The wires used for the ignitor as pure china trash. Cheapest possible insulation and quality. After having to replace the one igniter, checked the second distributor and sure enough, the wire insulation is already cracking where it bends from the module to exit the housing. I encourage you to do better research than I……after this, there are ample folks documenting this.

Not sure what to think of this put it on my boat and it wont fire think it might have a bad ignitor so I had to order a new ignitor to see if is just that or this product. The thing that sucks Is I wanted to replace the hole thing but they say it wont show up for 3--4 weeks who want to wait that long for a part. Called Pertronix to run different test on it and they told me to buy a new ignitor so now im stuck spending another $ 100 to see if that is the problem. Pertronix said they wont replace it unless I sent them the old one so they could test it after I just ran all the test they wanted to me do. NOt sure what I think.

I used it for a 305 mercuiser '93.It wasn't a success. Returned it a bought the msd marine distributor. Huge difference in revs and in pick up. I installed Pertronix the exact same as msd and couldn't get it to fire. Msd woke it up.

Honest accurate description, shipped immediately, packaged extremeley well. Excellent company to deal with. Writing this review for Amazon is far more difficult to deal with and a lesson in overkill.
